On November 14, the second Global South Think Tanks Dialogue opened in Nanjing, themed "The Global South: Equality, Openness, and Cooperation." Over 400 representatives from more than 100 countries attended the dialogue. During the event, the Global South Think Tanks Alliance was established and launched. As one of the founding members, the Xiamen BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center joined this alliance, aiming to strengthen ties with think tanks and experts from Global South countries and advance the internationalization of think tanks. The BRICS cooperation mechanism plays a crucial role in promoting cooperation among the Global South and driving changes in global governance. Last November, the first Global South Think Tanks Dialogue was successfully held in Xiamen, with the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center as the organizer. Additionally, the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center has hosted over 40 high-level international events, including the BRICS Forum on Partnership on New Industrial Revolution, creating a platform for dialogue and cooperation across government, business, academia, and research communities within BRICS nations.
