On April 2, Hu Changsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee, investigated some foreign trade enterprises in Xiamen, including Xiamen ITG Holding Group, a Fortune 500 enterprise, Xiamen Unibest Import and Export Co., Ltd., whose import & export volume reached 3.4 billion Yuan last year, and Xiamen Holder Electronics Co., Ltd, which is accelerating its construction of the Asia's largest components distribution center in Xiamen and plans to put it into operation next year.
The municipal governmental leader Huang Wenhui participated in the investigation.
Hu pointed out in his investigation that it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the impact of the global outbreak on economic operation. It is also necessary to be prepared to fight a hard battle, implement precise policies, and make solid efforts in helping enterprises resume work and production, stabilize foreign trade and promote exports.
