On January 15, the first high-end lecture of the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal-services District (MSRCLD) themed "Impacts and Opportunities on Enterprises Going Global Brought by the Validation of RCEP" was held in Xiamen. As the first high-end lecture organized by MSRCLD after settling in Xiamen, this event invited professionals and scholars to interpret RCEP rules, and analyze the impacts and opportunities of RCEP on enterprises going global. The settlement of MSRCLD in Xiamen marks a significant move by Fujian and Xiamen to deepen the Reform and Opening Up Policy and continuously build a first-ranking law-based business environment. Currently, Xiamen is expediting the construction of MSRCLD.
